Dear Parents,

     We would like to apologize for the scheduling oversight which resulted in our Spring Field Day being scheduled for Easter Sunday.  In order to allow families an opportunity to spend this holiday time together, we have canceled the activities scheduled for Sunday, April 12, 2009.  However, we cannot simply cancel the day because we must have 180 student contact days in order to be in compliance with Tennessee state law.  We are, therefore, rescheduling that day for Sunday, April 26, 2009.  Details about the times and activities will be sent to you in the near future.
